This kitchen remodel and addition in the Pike's Peak neighborhood of Bellevue includes low-voltage art-lighting and high-end fixtures combined to create a welcoming space.  view


Designed by Bjarko Serra Architects and remodeled by JAS Design Build, this project included lighting control, extensive low voltage lighting, a home theater and A/V distribution.  view


This remodel designed by Sturman Architects required a complete rewire, including a 400 Amp electrical service, lighting control, audio/video distribution as well as the set up of several plasma TVs.   view


Designed by Finne Architects, this remodel required new recessed lighting in the kitchen, living room and family room without disturbing the plaster. The master bedroom and master bathroom were also included in the remodel contracted by Schultz Miller, Inc.  view


This residence overlooks the Sand Point Golf Course in Seattle and the project entailed a complete rewire including a new kitchen and bathroom. The home was featured in Northwest Homes and Garden Magazine.   view


The Valley School is a private, independent elementary school located in Seattle's Madison Valley neighborhood. This project included new electrical wiring, old schoolhouse lighting from Rejuvenation as well a completely networked computer system.  view
